Andrea Atzeni reported that the gelding was slowly away and never travelling and the representative of Kevin Ryan’s explanation that Throne Hall (GB) appeared to have been unsuited by the tight nature of the track, was noted.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
Following the race, Hayley Turner reported that Vindolanda (GB), placed sixth, was slowly away.
Jamie Spencer reported that Winter Reprise (FR), which was pulled up, lost its action approaching the 3 furlong marker and the representative of David Menuisier reported that the gelding made a respiratory noise.
