The Stewards fined Peter Fahey, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Beechmount Maisie, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Beechmount Maisie in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90
At the request of the Stewards, R.A. Doyle, rider of Sunrise Lady, trained by Conor O'Dwyer, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount momentarily got tight for room approaching the final bend.
