At least 25/1 in the morning and 20s into 8s on track, INSIYAABI justified the support in some style. Always on the pace from his great draw of stall two, James Sullivan's mount was going to win from a furlong and a half out, coming clear in grand style to beat REDWATER RIVER by four and a half lengths.

The twelfth foal of Elle Seule, INSIYAABI is a half-brother to top-class sprinter Elnadim, Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Mehthaaf, & smart performers Ashraakat and Khulood; the dam being high-class at 2-3 in France, and a half-sister to top-class winners, notably Timber Country, this is an outstanding family.

Successful trainer James Burns said, "We bought him at the Tattersalls December Sales at Newmarket for 5,000 guineas. His owner Rosemary Tonson-Rye came up last week to look at him, loved him and duly bought him." Two runs last summer for John Dunlop over a mile yielded little for the son of Aljabr but the drop in distance suited well and he has to be of interest wherever he goes now ? a winners of one perhaps.
