M. Santos stated that he didn't suffer much interference. S. Foley stated that he sat for half a stride as Perfect Pacemaker leaned left and passed him. W.J. Lee stated that his mount was green running for the first time and leaned left as he quickened by very well into an open space. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
