The Veterinary Officer reported that Tom Weston had presented the incorrect horse at the racecourse stables for identification in place of Diamond Drill (IRE) which was declared to run in the 7:30pm.
The representative of Tom Weston and the Veterinary Officer were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority and ordered that Diamond Drill (IRE) be withdrawn.
