FormscanBy Michael Graham - There ought to be a race or two in JUMP THE SHARK. Gavin Cromwell's charge has shown definite ability in a pair of handicap hurdles in February when a never-nearer fourth at Naas and then a keeping-on third in a massive field over a similar trip in Fairyhouse. The runner-up at Fairyhouse has since got off the mark. Miss Tempo is the dark horse returning from an absence of almost 15 months. Her form certainly gives her claims and the market should be informative. Magic Conqueror has place claims after a fourth place at Clonmel last month. Killinure Lass held on to win by a head over further at Thurles on Saturday but, afterwards, connections said it would be unlikely she would turn out again here. Royal Rhythm was game off the front in Clonmel on Tuesday. That was on very deep ground, so he would be considered unlikely to turn out again two days later.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards rated 80-109
Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 7lb extra for each hurdle race won.

Rules Note An Irish, English, American, French and Swedish Qualified Rider participating in the Dynavena 'The Gentlemen's League' will be randomly drawn to ride the top five horses by race card order in this race after the time of declaration. The draw will be made by the Declarations Department of Horse Racing Ireland.
