He deserved that. I think he has been second four or five times this year,. Unfortunately he got the better of Jack Kennedy on Monday at Downpatrick and the ground went against him there too. We said we'd give him a chance on the good ground here today. It's great for the horse, he is absolutely loving racing at the moment. I have never seen a horse to get better as he gets really older. Five years ago he wouldn't even jump a fence but now he loves it. He doesn't live in a stable and is out twenty-four seven for the last two years. He had a bit of a lung issue and burst a couple of times, but now he is living out and he seems to be happier. Two miles is his trip. We will just tip away with him over fences now. The handicapper kind of has him over hurdles, and we'll see what he does with him now. As long as the ground stays good we will keep tipping away with him. It's great for the lads who own him, he is after winning nine races for them now. He is a great syndicate horse.

He likes it here and I got one of the better jockeys for the race. Brien came and rode him yesterday and got a feel for him as he can be quirky. Today's ground was absolutely perfect for him and he'll keep on the go as long as he gets his ground.

he is a bit quirky but has been a great old servant and had dropped to a winneable mark recently. He’ll run again at Downpatrick on Wednesday in a 0-95 - he’ll be out of that bracket afterwards. my last winner here was Sublimity (January 2011)! He’s in great form - he’s 16 now and is out for the summer now but we ride him out during the winter. He still thinks he’s a two year old and we actually sent him to the Apprentice School (RACE) but they had to send him back as they couldn’t ride him!

Our luck wasn't great lately but this lad always gets us back on the winning line. Every year he wins for the lads (Round Table Gang Syndicate) and they have been very lucky with him. He is in again tomorrow. We will see if he eats up and he might turn out again.

It is great for the syndicate. They are from all over, but they all work in St Vincents Hospital in Fairview. We have been persevering with him, this year has been a bit frustrating as he is a bit of a boyo. I said to Seamie to ride him like you think he is getting the better of you and he said to me going out that he loves riding horses like this and he was fairly right!

I fancied him. The last day he should have been second. All credit goes to my daughter Alison who is fourteen. She fusses over him and keeps him sweet, and he absolutely loves it. She said to me today that he would win. He is a quirky horse and this track suits him as it is up and down. The Round Table Syndicate own him and they all work in St James's Hospital. Today is the first day they have missed him running.

that was a good 'spare' for Barry, who does a lot of schooling for us at home so there was no question about putting him up. Magnetic Force had been working with Rubi Light recently and was fairly fit coming here today!

blinkers helped Magnetic Force today but needs someone as strong as Paul Carberry. That's his class of race and he's a summer horse.
