Permission was given for Little Miss Dynamo (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
The raceday privilege request in relation to Little Miss Dynamo (IRE), trained by Hugo Palmer, was not submitted.
Palmer was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
The winner, SELBY’S PRIDE, appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at York on 17 August 2022, where the filly finished thirteenth of seventeen in a Class 2, beaten by 7 ¾ lengths on going officially described as Good.
The explanation from the representative of Tony Coyle that SELBY’S PRIDE benefited from the drop in class to Class 4 and was suited by the easier, Good to Soft going was noted.
SELBY'S PRIDE was routine tested.
In the final ½ furlong, Little Miss Dynamo (IRE), placed second, lugged marginally left causing the rider of Kentucky Rose (GB), placed fourth, to take a slight check, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that there was no riding offence involved and it had not improved the placing of Little Miss Dynamo (IRE).
Following the race, Tom Eaves reported that Kentucky Rose (GB) hung right.
