That's brilliant. I'm delighted for Duncan and Lynne McGregor who are new owners to me. I have to thank my assistant John (Kavanagh) who was instrumental in getting the filly as he is a long-time friend of the McGregors. She's a lovely sweet little filly and there is no reason why she couldn't win again here in the coming weeks.

The Stewards interviewed D. O'Brien, rider of Credit The Giver, placed second, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, in the presence of Paul Nolan, trainer, representing A.P. O'Brien, trainer and master of D. O'Brien. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion D. O'Brien was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (f) in that he used his whip with excessive frequency and having taken his record into account they suspended him for 2 racedays. Mr E. Irwin, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.
