The winner Howzak (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Lingfield on 15 August 2022 where the gelding finished ninth out of ten, beaten by 8 ¼ lengths.
Robin Brisland’s could offer no explanation other than the gelding may be hitting a bit of form.
Howzak (GB) was routine tested.
Following the race, Hollie Doyle reported that Dream Game (GB), placed second, was slowly away and Aidan Keeley reported that HEY HO LET’S GO, unplaced, hung right-handed.
