Approaching the bend out of the back straight, Yusra (GB), placed second, shifted right causing Angus Villiers, the rider of the winner, Crystal Casque (GB), to take a check causing Al Nafoorah (GB), placed fifth, to stumble, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
The performance of Dubrava (GB), which started favourite and finished sixth, was considered.
Andrea Atzeni reported that the filly stopped quickly.
