Peter (Mooney) had done all the hard work and we have her about a month. He thought she was pretty well handicapped and she is a nice big filly., at which point owner Mooney interjected 'and she's with a better trainer now!'.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Nailed On Nina, ridden by K.J. Leonard, placed first and Villa Maria (GB), ridden by S.P. Davis, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.
