To be honest I could understand why he was 25/1 the last day but today (at 16/1) I thought someone knew something I didn't know, because I knew he'd improve. All he did since the last day was improve and we sold him to stay in the yard so it's brilliant. I sold my half to Tony McLynn and Tom Hollinsworth, who drives the box, owns the other half. Tom has had horses for 25 years and never had a winner but got given this lad so there's the luck you have!. He'll go for a maiden hurdle at Christmas next and really he's a chaser in the making. The Stewards interviewed B. Browne, rider of Sally Park, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that B. Browne was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (f) in that he used his whip with excessive frequency and Regulation 10. 4 in that he failed to give his mount time to respond. Having considered his record in this regard, the Stewards suspended B. Browne for 2 racedays.

Weights - 4-y-o 11st 3lb; 5, 6 and 7-y-o 11st 7lb; Mares allowed 7lb
Penalties - Winner of an I.N.H. Flat race or a National Hunt flat race 7lb extra
Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 11th October) may also ride in this race.
