An extended handicap steeplechase for five yrs old and upwards (130 = 12st)
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and; after time of declarations shall not be; less than 12st In accordance with; HRI Directive 3 (i) (a), the maximum; stipulated weight in this race is 12st; and the minimum stipulated weight; is 10st 4lb
Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap to carry 4lb extra for each such steeplechase won. Any horse rated above 130 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 12st. Subsequently, the excess over 130 in any rating shall be added to the weight allotted to that horse. (For the purpose of this note, any five year old rated above 130 shall have the applicable weight for age allowance then prevailing deducted from the horse's rating prior to the original calculation of the handicap)
Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules Punchestown Racecourse and Event Centre will present a trophy of no intrinsic value to the winning owner.
