The Raceday Stewards requested a report from W. Ross, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of La Dame Blanche, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Dermot Gilmartin, Authorised Representative for the trainer, reported that the race wasn't run to suit the last day. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given
J.M. Sheridan, rider of No Hassle, trained by Shane Ryder, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned badly right and pulled up injured.
