Permission was given for Dubai Legacy (USA) to wear a hood in the Parade Ring only.
An enquiry was held to consider interference half a furlong out involving Lord North (IRE), placed second, ridden by Robert Havlin, Dubai Legacy (USA), placed third, ridden by Cieren Fallon and Chiefofchiefs (GB), placed fourth, ridden by James Doyle.
Jamie Spencer, the rider of the winner, Bless Him (IRE), was also present in the enquiry, but it was found he was not involved in the interference.
Havlin was cautioned for careless riding as he had allowed his mount to drift left-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Fallon to be shifted slightly off his intended line and switch his mount right-handed to avoid heels which resulted in Doyle having to take a precautionary check.
