Approaching 2½ furlongs out, the winner, Urban Outlook (GB), was shifted slightly right-handed to avoid the heels of Circuit Breaker (GB), placed second, before the rider of Miller Spirit (IRE), placed fifth, maintained a competitive racing line, resulting in Miller Spirit (IRE) and Urban Outlook (GB) both becoming unbalanced after bumping on several occasions.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved nor had it improved the placing of Urban Outlook (GB).
Approximately 2 furlongs out, Circuit Breaker (GB), placed second, hung right-handed, despite the rider’s best efforts to correct his mount, causing the winner, Urban Outlook (GB), to clip that gelding’s heels, stumble and shift right-handed, impeding Miller Spirit (IRE), placed fifth.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and it had not improved the placing of Circuit Breaker (GB).
