The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Worth Waiting (GB), trained by David Lanigan (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
L.Dettori, rider of Worth Waiting (GB), trained by David Lanigan (in GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was leaning right from six furlongs out
The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Magic Wand, ridden by D. O'Brien, placed second and Iridessa, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed first, where it appeared Magic Wand was checked in running
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental and took no further action.
