Simon Earle was cautioned as Golden Millie (GB) had arrived in the Parade Ring without its declared hood, which was then located and fitted to the filly before going to the start.
The winner, Golden Millie (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Chepstow on 25 October 2022, where the filly finished last of twelve, beaten by 76¼ lengths.
Simon Earle’s explanation that Golden Millie (GB) benefited from its racecourse debut at Chepstow was noted.
