The Stewards received a report from Turf Club Starter, Mr Lorcan Wyer, that Michael Darcy, rider of Scrum Half had disobeyed his instructions at the start of this race.

Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned.

Having viewed the video of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Michael Darcy was in breach of Rule 40 and suspended him for two race days.
