Christy Roche's Park Ranger made up for a costly failed gamble at The Curragh recently when winning the Porterstown Handicap at Fairyhouse today, to provide jockey Alan Crowe with an unusual (and somewhat useless) 'full set' of winners as a jockey. Sat 10th Jul
He loved the ground and has plenty of ability but is a bit quirky. They went a good gallop and thankfully they came back to me eventually. It's great to win a nice pot.

I don't know what happened Park Ranger at The Curragh the last day but maybe he just wasn't good enough and appreciated the drop in class today - I've no plans from here as today was probably his Derby.
