Yet another winner for red-hot Cromwell
Gavin Cromwell's horses are in tremendous form and he sent out another winner, his ninth in the last 21 days, when Theonewedreamof landed the four-year-old handicap hurdle under Luke Dempsey. Mon 30th JanPour Les Filles makes it 4 on the day for Elliott team
“He’s a horse for the future and we’ll take our time with him. He’s not a real bumper horse," commented Gordon Elliott after winning his fourth race of the St Stephen's Day fare, the Race And Stay At Leopardstown INH Flat Race with Pour Les Filles. Mon 26th DecSuccesses for Elliott at all 3 St Stephen's Day venues
There were successes at all three St Stephen’s Day venues for Gordon Elliott, with Lucky Lyreen doing the needful for Cullentra House up north. He took Down Royal’s finale, the McMahon McKay M&A (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race in the hands of Jamie Codd. Mon 26th DecLudus lands Limerick's opener
Trainer Gordon Elliott and Jordan Gainford combined to win Limerick's four-day festival-opener today, the CJ Sheeran 3-Y-O Maiden Hurdle, as Ludus justified 11/4 favouritism (from 7/2). Mon 26th Dec
After race at Limerick Mon, 26th Dec, 2022 (1st)
he gave him a good ride from the front, he had them all stacked up and the horse stayed at it well. He is a grand horse, is improving away with his runs and it grand to get a win under his belt. There will still be plenty improvement as Jordan said he was green enough when he was in front. You'd hope he could step up in grade now. It is good to get a winner early in the week.
