She is exceptionally tough. She is not able to stay with them early and she takes her time. The trip today is what won it for her with the ground being reasonably good as well. She likes good ground and needs the trip to allow herself time to get into the race. It's a pity that Cathal wasn't able to ride her but fair play to Mike, he gave her a great ride. He kept her well out wide where the better ground was. We are delighted with her.

When she was rolling I just left her roll. Rather than wait for something I just said I’d leave her go on and she tries her heart out. We expected she’d do very well,. She likes it here and she was working exceptionally well at home. I was expecting a good run but you can never say you’ll win. It was fantastic the way she done it and we’ll mix and match with her. It’ll depend on what’s coming up next. I have to have a look and see. I’m not sure at the moment but we’ll take today and we’re happy with it.

Cathal did exactly what we wanted him to do; he had ridden her the last day so he knew what to do and it was a very cool ride.

She was game and we knew from her work at home she was going to give us a good run, even though she hadn't run in 12 months,. This is a lucky track for her. She won her bumper here and was second on her first run over hurdles here so we were very hopeful coming today. She's in at Limerick on Thursday and she'll run if she's okay because there isn't a race for her for maybe six weeks after that. We'll wait and see. She's a summer mare and she'd like the ground even a little bit better than it was today. It was good ground and she's even be better on top of the ground.

She has had some minor problems but we knew she was back to herself after running at Ballinrobe last time and we expected a big run today. I haven’t really thought about where we would go next but there is a mares’ handicap at Killarney and there is also a race at Limerick. The ground is the key to her.

I thought we weren't coming as the ground was too soft,. We made our mind up at about 2 o'clock as the ground changed from heavy, to soft to heavy, so we said we'd come and see. She is a tough little horse, she is only handy but she gives her all every day she goes out. We'll wait and see where she goes, we'll give her a bit of time off now and we'll see what's coming up. She'll go over hurdles before we retire her for the year.
