I think it is really just a case of the penny starting to drop. I suppose a small field and a light weight is probably a big help as well. Hopefully, he can come on from that and improve. Craig said he would have a chance and that he is after coming on from his previous runs, so he was spot on in fairness to him.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Craig O'Neill, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Aisling Oscar, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Craig O'Neill reported that a return to one mile on the all weather surface, coupled with carrying bottom weight in a lesser race had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
