He is tough as he looked beaten again today but puts his head down and keeps going. He likes to tank away a little bit and is very genuine and I'm delighted with him. He's got a couple of entries in Cheltenham and the Michael Purcell race back here in March is another contender. I'll speak to Sally (Rowley-Williams, owner)) and see what she'd like to do. A novice hurdle race for five yrs old and upwards which, at entry, are rated 120 or less, also open to horses rated 121-130
Weights - 5-y-o 10st 12lb; 6-y-o and up 11st
Penalties - Performances before 1st February for every 1lb above the rating of 120 1lb extra; On or after 1st February for each hurdle race won 4lb extra; Horses that have not run three times over hurdles and/or do not have a published handicap hurdle rating may enter and run at the discretion of the handicapper provided their performances are rated 130 or less.
