The Stewards interviewed J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Behind The Curtain, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found J. P. O'Sullivan in breach of Regulation 10. 3 (g) frequency, (i) time to respond and (c) unnecessary use of the whip having obtained its maximum placing. Having considered J. P
