The Stewards interviewed Miss J. Corish, rider of Iurkash (FR), concerning her use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Miss J. Corish stated that this was her first ride on the track and accepted she just lost count, but apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Miss Corish in breach of R 10.3(g) frequency and having taken her previous record into account they cautioned her on this occision
