Big Zeb wins Tied Cottage Chase
I'm delighted with that performance, he's had his problems in the past but I think we've ironed them out now. We'll freshen him up and then it's on to Cheltenham, it's nice to be going over there on that back of that. He had treatment for ringbone on his off four and that seems to have done the trick. We probably shouldn't have sent him over the Tingle Creek I blame myself for that. His jumping was brilliant and we've done a lot of schooling with him at home.

Seabass gains compensation after Navan fall
He deserved a change of luck after Navan and it was grand to get the winner.
He has been crying out for a trip. We were disappointed with him after Leopardstown. I know we were out of the handicap but there aren't many of these races so we had to take our chance. He will go for the Midlands National at Uttoxeter next, he loves jumping.
He's much better going that way. If I had my way we'd steer clear of Cheltenham and wait for the festival here. I don't know why but he hangs when going left-handed and I've had him checked out top to bottom but we can't find anything it's just one of those things.

Leigh at his best aboard Badgerlaw
That was a nice surprise. We were very pleased him last week and with so few three mile races we decided to take our chance with him., . He will go back over fences when the ground improves. He doesn't enjoy chasing on the heavy ground.

Silent Picture supplies Hughes with his first winner
He's a smart horse, a natural athlete. He's always shown us plenty at home. He's still a big baby and he hasn't learnt a lot. He was very green out there today. We probably won't run him until the Autumn, he's a chaser really. He's from a family of good chasers so we'll probably school him and then throw him out.
