Finley Marsh, the rider of Zero Carbon (FR), drawn 7, had appeared not to keep straight from the stalls.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, Marsh was suspended for 1 day.
Shortly after the start My Genghis (GB), unplaced, lugged left-handed causing the rider of Spangled Mac (IRE), placed third, to have to ease momentarily against the rail, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Gina Mangan reported that My Friend Woody (GB), unplaced, was slowly away.
