O’Meara was fined £290.
Good Night Mr Tom (IRE) spread its left fore shoe on the way to post.
As the Veterinary Surgeon at the start was unable to remove the shoe, the colt was withdrawn.
Following the race, Paul Hanagan reported that Dutch Decoy (GB), placed fourth, hung both ways.
