An enquiry was held to consider interference rounding the first bend involving Origintrail (IRE), placed eighth, ridden by Andrew Mullen, Roman Dragon (GB), placed second, ridden by Pierre-Louis Jamin, the winner, Count D'orsay (IRE), ridden by Phil Dennis and Huddle Up (IRE), placed third, ridden by Billy Garritty.
Garritty was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to edge left- handed towards the rail when insufficiently clear of Count D'orsay (IRE), crowding that runner for some distance which in turn left Roman Dragon (GB) and Origintrail (IRE) tight for room.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong involving Origintrail (IRE), placed eighth, ridden by Andrew Mullen, Bezzas Lad (IRE), placed seventh, ridden by Alistair Rawlinson and Roman Dragon (GB), placed second, ridden by Pierre-Louis Jamin.
Jamin was cautioned for careless riding as he switched left-handed moving Bezzas Lad (IRE) onto Origintrail (IRE) which had to be briefly checked by its rider.
Following the race, Billy Garritty reported that Huddle Up (IRE), placed third, jumped left-handed leaving the stalls.
