FormscanBy Donal Murphy - While clearly not up to the standard of his dual Cheltenham Festival winning brother Presenting Percy, VALSORPRESA might be able to take this. Still only a six-year-old, the Gordon Elliott-trained bay may benefit from the application of cheekpieces, while he is further aided by the 7lb claim of Carl Millar. Elliott also saddles Shajak and Ringdufferin, with the former of definite interest on his first try in handicap company. Fifth in the Irish National, course and distance winner History Of Fashion pulled up on his return to action at Cork earlier this month, but a much-improved performance can be expected from him now. Bleu D'enfer, top-weight Hascoeur Clermont and Lorna Fowler's Banjaxed are others for the shortlist in this competitive heat.
