There was a double on the card for champion jockey Colin Keane at Dundalk when Georgie Hyphen took the penultimate race on the programme, the Crowne Plaza Race & Stay (C & G) Maiden (Plus 10 Race).
Keane earlier guided Noel Meade's Sheisdiesel home in the claimer, whilst here aboard Georgie Hyphen for boss Ger Lyons, he powered the once previously raced chestnut to success by three parts of a length and half a length from Tremendous Leap and Zayriyan (6/4 favourite).
"He's a horse that doesn't do an awful lot at home," said stable representative Shane Lyons.
"He's a very laid back horse at home and we've always thought he wants a trip. The way he's running on after the winning post there he's definitely showing us that he'll be a better horse when we step him up in trip.
"There was a little bit of a question mark over seven furlongs but the race kind of presented itself to us so we had to run him.
"Obviously he showed us there that he's come on from his first run and we can't wait to step him up.
"If he's going to do that every time he goes to the racetrack we won't knock him."
