Reports in which Rainy Day Dylan (IRE) was mentioned
One looks a smart prospect for McConnell
John McConnell looks to have a smart prospect on his hands, as his Go Another One made it two from two on the racecourse, taking the Killarney Welcomes Bordeaux Racecourse (Pro/Am) Flat Race in convincing fashion. Sat 20th AugDylan sales bound after bumper success
Rainy Day Dylan was an aptly named winner at a wet Cork, as he took the bumper, the Ticket Sales Online At corkracecourse.ie INH Flat Race, under Luke McGuinness for Shane Donohoe. Mon 01st Aug
After race at Cork Mon, 1st Aug, 2016 (1st)
He's a lovely horse but he went wrong on me and I had to give him a wind operation. I thought an awful lot of him during the winter and thought he was going to bolt up in his point to point at Punchestown but discovered he had a wind problem. He only had the wind operation 12 weeks ago and that's his first run back. He'll be a real good horse and you'd want to see him over a fence - he's a real chaser. The plan was never to be running during the summer but it was just very lucky the ground turned soft for him. He is going to the Sales at Ascot on August 16th and that is the plan - he could actually be a decent horse.
S Donohoe
