Daughter of Prix Vermeille winner scores on debut
Loveisthehigherlaw made a winning debut for trainer Paddy Twomey at Cork today as the daughter of Group 1 winning racemare Sweet Stream landed the O'Flynn Group Fillies Maiden under jockey Bill Lee. Fri 10th May
After race at Killarney Thu, 22nd Aug, 2019 (1st) 
She has good entries and is a nice filly but I didn't want to run her in a Stakes race on her second start and she has got physically stronger since her last run,. We picked out this race quite a while ago and we'll feel our way with her and she won't run too many more times this year. She has the options but I don't know where she'll turn up. She'll be a better filly next year and maybe again at five - her mother won a Group 1 when she was four. She should be a Stakes filly whether it is this year or next year I'm not sure. She is the first horse I've run for Team Valor but I've sold them horses in the past - the last one I sold them, Pillar Mountain, is running in a Grade 1 at Saratoga on Saturday.

Her dam won the Prix Vermeille and even though she is by Kodiac, her dam is by Shantou and she appreciated the ten furlongs there. She was just ready to start today and Billy said she came alive in his hands and pricked her ears at the finish. She is a very well bred filly and her owners have a stud farm so we'll see where we go (regarding black-type races).
