After race at Ballinrobe Tue, 23rd Jul, 2024 (1st)
It's brilliant to finally get him off the mark over hurdles. He'd been a small bit frustrating and had been finding it hard to find his form over hurdles. There was loads of pace and I just wanted to get a good start, a good jump at the first and get him into a rhythm. He jumped nicely the whole way and stayed on well after the last. He was getting plenty of weight from most of these and he'll tip away in handicaps now for the rest of the summer.

After race at Navan Sat, 9th Jul, 2022 (1st)
We found it hard to pick between the two, we were pretty hopeful as both of them were working well. Actually, when I declared them, I thought the race was being split. If it was split, I'd have had two winners!. I thought he (Gary Halpin) would delay it as late as possible and just drop him on the line if he could, he couldn't have done much more. It was a helluva ride. He can go back over hurdles any time he wants, we'll mix and match. The runner-up has done well, he has run a fine race.
