It’s brilliant to get her head in front and that will probably do her confidence good. Dylan said she has a great cruising speed but flattens out a bit in the finish. The owners (Ballygallon Stud) would love to get a bit of black type for her, maybe a Listed race at a sharp track making the running. Dylan said you could drop her back to seven. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined La Dame Blanche, trained by Michael Mulvany, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Miramis, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right and had to check before the line

D. McMonagle, rider of Esculenta, trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around inside the last furlong

D.P. McDonogh, rider of La Dame Blanche, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled

A.J. Slattery, rider of Fools Glory, trained by P.F.McEnery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around when off the bridle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed A.J. Slattery, rider of Fools Glory, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of R10 and apologised for this error. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that A.J. Slattery was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they cautioned him on this occasion

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident near the finish line involving Miramis, ridden by C. Stone-Walsh, placed third, Fools Glory, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed second and Esculenta, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed first, where it appeared that Fools Glory drifted towards the railing. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, including the rider reports that were furnished at scales, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

An extended handicap for four years old and upwards fillies only that are EBF eligible (90 = 10st)
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
