That’s her third run for us and we are really only finding out about her now. She is leased till the end of the year and is a nicely bred filly. She can be a bit buzzy but if you keep the lid on her she will give you everything. She’s as honest as the day is long, and is really settling now which is great. She likes to be out in front and it worked out a treat today. Six or seven (furlongs) is her trip.

The Stewards interviewed S.P. Davis, rider of Twist Of Magic, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his recent record, suspended him for four race days and instructed him to attend RACE for one day's tuition on the correct use of the whip. The Stewards interviewed D.P. Linehan, rider of Camiyra, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his record, suspended him for three race days. The Stewards interviewed E.J. McNamara, rider of Texas Katie (GB), concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his clean record, suspended him for one race day. S.P. Davis, rider of Twist Of Magic trained by John James Feane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
