The winner, To Be Sure (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Ludlow on 3 March 2022 where the gelding finished fourth of five runners, beaten by 30 ½ lengths.
It was noted that Evan Williams could offer no explanation for To Be Sure (GB)’s improved form.
