Permission was given for Seprani (GB) to wear a red hood in the parade ring only and to mount in the chute.
Further permission was given for Pablo Del Pueblo (IRE) to go to post early.
Big Time Maybe (IRE), trained by Michael Attwater, did not enter the Parade Ring and was given permission to go straight to post due to the trainer having to change girths.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after leaving the stalls where Knockout Blow (GB), placed second, ridden by Trevor Whelan, interfered with Big Time Maybe, placed third, ridden by Christian Howarth.
Being a 7lb claimer, Howarth was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Whelan was suspended for 2 days, for careless riding, after initially jumping awkwardly from the stalls, allowing his mount to shift right for a number of strides without correction, leaving insufficient room for Big Time Maybe and moving WINNEKTKA (IRE) off its intended line.
Following the race Aled Beech reported that WEST SIDE GLORE (IRE), unplaced, stopped quickly.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the filly failed to reveal any abnormalities.
