The winner, Strictlyadancer (IRE), appeared to show improved form, compared with its previous run at Warwick on 9 November 2018 where the gelding finished seventh of thirteen, beaten by 24 lengths.
The explanation given by the representative of Christian Williams that the gelding appreciated the step up in trip from 2 miles to 2 miles 7 furlongs on this occasion and that the yard was coming back into form was noted.
STRICKTLYADANCER (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race Paul O’Brien reported that Roses Poses (IRE), unplaced, stopped quickly.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the mare failed to reveal any abnormalities.
