The Starter reported that Sharrabang (GB) refused to enter stalls and was withdrawn at 4:30pm.
Stella Barclay was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
1½ furlongs out, Outtake (GB), placed sixth, edged left moving Willing To Please (GB), placed third, off its intended line which in turn gave a bump to Retirement Beckons (GB), placed second.
However after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Desert Dream (GB), placed fifth, had lost its right hind shoe and been struck into on the same leg.
