An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line involving Fragrant Dawn (GB), placed third, ridden by Daniel Muscutt and the winner, Starczewski (USA), ridden by Jamie Spencer.
The interference was found to be accidental as Starczewski lugged left-handed, carrying Muscutt off his intended line.
Following the race, Daniel Muscutt reported that Fragrant Dawn (GB), placed third, hung badly right- handed.
The Veterinary Officer reported that the winner Starczewski (USA) lost its right hind shoe.
