LISSBONNEY PROJECT wasn?t quick enough at the last and COMEDIEN probably forfeited his chance with a peck two out. This left the way open for OSCALONG LUCY, who in fairness took her chance well.

Her handler Johnny Codd didn?t express any great surprise at the win, saying, ?We fancied her a bit as she had a good run at Fairyhouse. She had a bit of a virus on her recently but we freshened her up and had her right. I?ve got no real plans.?

LISSBONNEY PROJECT is struggling and he won?t get many better chances than this. The winner was better at the last and it was disappointing that he couldn?t raise his effort to see her off. COMEDIEN meanwhile, shouldn?t be judged too harshly as he came home well after giving himself a mountain to climb with his penultimate obstacle error.

Dual point-to-point scorer, OOH CHA CHA is bred for this job and he will be one for minor handicap chase company on his showing. THE MODEL REBEL will most likely be joining him there.
