Permission was given for Requited (IRE) and Kodiac Express (IRE) to go early to post.
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Kodiac Express (IRE) which had bolted to post unseating the rider and was withdrawn as a result.
Mike Murphy’s representative was interviewed.
As the filly had also unseated the jockey and bolted loose to post at Thirsk on 11 May 2019, Murphy’s representative was informed that any future similar behaviour from Kodiac Express (IRE) may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
