B.J. Geraghty, rider of Moonlight Boy trained by C.Roche, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got very tired as they turned into the straight and pulled up. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Moonlight Boy, trained by C.Roche, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have been found with a twisted and loose off fore shoe on post race inspection.
