An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference on the run to the line when the winner, TRIXSTER (IRE), ridden by Charlie Price, hung quickly right-handed, into the whip, causing BALLYART (IRE), placed second, ridden by Jordan Nailor, to have to be switched left. The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved TRIXSTER (IRE)'s placing as the winning distance was a head and BALLYART (IRE) did not lose any momentum when he was switched. The interference was found to be accidental as TRIXSTER (IRE) hung quickly right, despite the rider's best efforts. Both riders were represented at the enquiry.
