The Stewards interviewed Mr N.T. Prendergast, rider of Champagne Rhythm, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account cautioned him on this occasion

GENERAL INFORMATION The Stewards received a report from Mr. Pat Brennan, HRI Covid-19 Compliance Officer, regarding the presence of two unauthorised persons on Racecourse Property prior to Race 2. Evidence was heard from Mr. Brennan and from Mr. Philip O'Brien, Racecourse Manager who confirmed that these people had now left the racecourse

Having considered the evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the CEO of the IHRB for further investigation
