An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong when the winner Alfred Richardson (GB), ridden by Kevin Stott interfered with SAISONS D’OR (IRE), placed second, ridden by Owen Payton.
Being a 7lb claimer, Payton was accompanied by the representative of Jedd O’ Keeffe.
Kevin Stott was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left without sufficient correction, causing slight interference to SAISONS D’OR (IRE).
