We bred her as well and it makes it all the sweeter. That's the second recent winner that we bred ourselves after Barnahash Primrose. My father and father in law looked after the dam for a long time. We'd have five broodmares and we'd be breeding away out of them. These are the first of them coming through now. We fancied her today. I was hoping to go to Wexford with her a couple of weeks ago but the other mare (Divaboriva) got in even though I thought she'd get balloted. It worked out fine anyway as the two of them won. My mothers people came from up above where I have my yard. It was up high and the house that was there was known as the lighthouse, so that's the connection. I called the dam Glannagaul as that's the address where the yard is. We will take today for today and I wouldn't like to be running her on quick ground. She handles soft well and jumps really well. She is well schooled and jumps a hurdle and a fence. She had the option of going for a point-to-point but she is in the bonus scheme and there was good prizemoney here.
